1. What this is. DidHePay lets a creator post a goal and lets contributors ("funders") voluntarily contribute to it while competing on a public leaderboard. Contributions are gifts. They are not purchases of goods, services, contact, or attention, and creators owe funders nothing in return beyond leaderboard placement and public recognition inside the app.
2. You must be 18+. No exceptions. Accounts of anyone under 18 are removed. Goals that involve, depict, or reference minors in any way are removed and reported.
3. Contributions are non-refundable. All contributions are final at the moment of payment. This is displayed above every pay button. Chargebacks on delivered leaderboard placement are contested with evidence.
4. Fees. Creators receive 80% of each contribution; DidHePay retains a 20% platform fee. Fees are shown before a campaign goes live. Referral rewards are paid out of the platform's fee, never out of a creator's share.
5. No off-platform steering. Comments and campaigns may not solicit payment through outside apps or share contact handles. Leaderboard position never buys contact with a creator, and contact is not purchasable at any price.
6. Content rules. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving anyone under 18, doxxing, fraud, or impersonation. Comments are moderated before public display. Three pending reports auto-hide a campaign pending review.
7. Enforcement. We may remove content, freeze payouts pending review, or terminate accounts for violations, fraud signals, or legal requirements.
8. Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Creator payouts require completing Stripe identity verification. We never hold your money in a balance: funds route to the creator's connected account at charge time.
9. Disputes with us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Contact: support@didhepay.com.
10. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.
